The GSA Businesses 2026 is being evaluated professionally and independently, prepared comparably across europe and decided through clear rules. Finalists and winners receive an added framework of communication, congress, award ceremony and european networking.

To make quality, visibility and believablity of this level possible, the participation and the finalist program have been made transparent. The participating businesses take part in the transparent, professional implementation of the award and the event, while directly benifitting from the application, the visibility and the classification. 

The participation fee depends on the size of the business and is due with the registration. It includes the preliminary examination of the documents that were handed in, the scoring of the transformation performance and the preparation of the comparable business profiles for the jury.

The participation fee is:

> SMEs up to 249 employees: 190 Euro

> Large companies with 250 to 999 employees: 490 Euro

> Corporations starting at 1.000 employees: 890 Euro

This does not yet include possible taxes, should those apply. Additional costs will only be added once a business reaches finalist status.

Once finalist status is reached, the Impact Benefits become a mandatory part of the finalistprogram. They assist businesses in using the award that was reached professionally - through Classification of the Transformation Achievement, Communicationmaterial, Visibility on the ESA-Platform, groupspecific Userrights, as well as access to the Congress, the Award Ceremony and the European Sustainability Summit.

The following fees apply:

> SMEs up to 249 employees: 3.900 Euro

> Large Companies between 250 and 999 employees: 6.900 Euro

> Corporations starting at 1.000 employees and above: 9.900 Euro
